Podium for Microsoft® PowerPoint® Add-in, creates data logs of Errors & Crashes on your computer on how you use the software. No identifiable information is in any of these Crash & Error logs and they are sent to us only when you attach a log file into an email for us to review. We load it into a proprietary software so we can see how you made the crash happen. With this information, we can quickly identify the cause of the crash and fix the issue.

When you signup for a free trial or decide to make a purchase of any of our products on our site, we collect personal information from you including your shipping address, credit card number and the e-mail address to use for order confirmation.
